My Cherry Red Bread Box

After three years of living in our home, I have started decorating it!

Thanks to the fab ladies at the Drab to Fab blog,

I have started scoping out the local DI and

making decorating decisions that I was usually too scared to try.

Thanks ladies!

Here is my bread box, $3 at DI.

I sprayed it with Cherry Red spray paint.

Then I sanded the edges to give it a distressed look and used a dark walnut stain to make the Cherry Red darker to match our Kitchen Aid.

Here is the final product!
